NICE are looking at developing guidance for 'Cytoreduction surgery followed by hyperthermic intraoperative peritoneal chemotherapy for peritoneal carcinomatosis'.
If any of you had HIPEC during surgery when your cancer had spread to the peritoneal cavity, your comments would be greatly valued.
