I’ve just looked at her Facebook page, and I am very sorry to say that it looks like she passed away yesterday. There isn’t any other information, but several friends have posted messages of condolence to her family.

This makes me really really sad. I enjoyed her posts, her blogs and her goals to make it to the next milestone. She had picked her plot and was glad it was next to her son and I believe she believed in the hereafter so let's hope her lymphadema is gone, her puffyness is gone and she can eat the foods she so wished she could. Her husband never left her side and that must be so hard for him and her kids (and grandkids) and I know she will be missed--as I will miss her very much. Hugs to all. oxooxoxo

Oh no I’m so devastated she has always been a great support to me and her wit and resolve during all her trials and tribulations made me pull up my big girl pants and get on with it x

So sad to read this - thinking of her family and friends - and selfishly of us all still dealing with this terrible disease - LA gave me hope that it was possible to defy the odds with this cancer and I’m grateful for her example and the support she gave others even in the midst of her own very difficult illness x

Oh no, not Lily-Anne, she has been such a constant source of inspiration, information and wit since my arrival here. I remember at the start of last year she thought that was her year, but she soldiered on and made it to this next year. It seemed as if she was going to power on and on, truly devastated. Spread those teal wings and go where every you so wish, there’s nothing holding you back now 💔💔💔 x

I could not post right away, because I did not want to believe it was true.

So soon after hearing about Harpist, and Lorraine....so many have passed from us just since Christmas.

But Lily-Anne was the bedrock of this group for me from the day I joined.

She made me chuckle and she made me laugh, through all the slings and arrows of the outrageous fortune we have received.
