Hi there. Ok, so now I want to know more, please. What's to be looked for when looking into Qi Gong/Jong walking?

I've done some Qi Gong as part of cancer rehab but that didn't involve walking. More like stationary impressions and movements e. g. resembling a crane. Loved it. So calming.

Sorry but I don’t think mentioning this as a cure for cancer is helpful. Any exercise someone enjoys or feels able to do is great but claiming it’s a cure for any kind of cancer is a bit daft.
