I have tested my car 125 it's showing 96.6 result what does it mean

The normal range is 0 - 30 although some hospitals use up to 35. Generally it was changed when the new FIGO ratings came in

It doesn’t mean you have ovarian cancer but it does flag you up for extra tests. My cousin had a high rating but tests were negative and it has returned to a normal level. Inflammation in the abdomen and tooth abscess can raise your level

Try not to worry until you’ve had further investigation

It is the trend that is more useful. If your ca125 doubled up every 2 or 3 few weeks then you will need a thorough check up with the O&G Oncologist. My late wife had ovary cancer and I have three daughters aged 20 to 25. With the oncologist advise we did baselining ca125 test on our daughters, the reading of two of them below 35 but the youngest is above 100. Ultrasound was performed and things came out normal for her. Could have been her normal is above 100, the doctor said, but we will do annual test to see the trend. And the doctor said always look out for irregular periods.
