Grumbly tummy

I just wonder if anyone else suffers from a grumbly tummy? Most of the time it's just gas swishing around in there and after I have farted it's okay 😷

Other times it just feels like I have monsters in my tummy, quite literally 😕

I always used to say I had a cast iron stomach but since having chemo etc and being on the trial drug my stomach does all sorts and I know certain foods will now produce gas! In fact I sat in work yesterday trying not to let any escape while my stomach was making gurggling noises!

Yes I can totally identify with you. My tummy grumbled the whole day yesterday and the only thing that helped was a hot bath. It always makes me worry and my mind goes into overdrive. The only comfort is that it's happened before. This morning it feels fine but it often gets worse through the day. I don't know if I can still blame surgery 1 year and 8 months ago! I guess it's just something some of us have to live with. I suspect diet comes into it too. Xxx

Oh yes! I am decidedly unladylike at times! Alway been the same since surgery. It can be quite alarming at times and I start worrying it's signs of a recurrence but so fart so good 😉 ! Xx

Mine's very noisy. Once I've had a good go, wind or solid, I feel better

My stomach has been so loud since my surgery in 2013, i thought it was from the bowel bypass, so embarressed at my prayer group when it is so quiet, although they laugh. noise is a good thing

Yep, just about everything below the belly button grumbles, gurgles and groans - sounds like the bilge bumps of an old ship! Dawn x
