Hi Clare

Unfortunately the sound quality was very poor for the Q&A and so we can't take a transcript from it. I'm really sorry for this. There are some Q&A interviews that were conducted after the talks which are on the YouTube channel. We're looking at improvements for next year to make sure we get the Q&A adequately recorded and for the recordings to be available sooner.
