I was listening to Emmerdale, tv was on whilst I was wiping down my hob lol and I heard that. Stopped me in my tracks...... I agree, so true, live in the moment the present is that, a 'present'. xx

I like a variation of this, which I first heard in the film Kung Fu Panda:

"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, that's why they call it the present."
