I phoned the local Marie Curie Hospice about 10.30 this morning and their was one Macmillan nurse in the office and we were discussing Diana's frame of mind and she spoke at length to Diana explaining things and to me. She gave us someone to talk to and gave us the time we needed to understand things. Thank you Macmillan nurse.

That's good to hear. I'm glad there's someone who can take the time to explain as I find the oncology nurses have so little time x

That is true, my wife's clinical nurse has been really good most of the time. But she has to be good to a lot of patients. The MDT (multi disciplined team)

is shared by a lot of patients, so one on one is a myth.
