4 years ago i had my stuff takeing out and been going through menpose and i get a lot hot and cold flash still and mood swings i like to know how does menpose last?

I've no idea how long the symptoms last. I too was thrown into the menopause last year following surgery. What I do know is by not drinking caffeine at all, and just sticking to green tea, my hot flushes are much less than they used to be. Ann xo
