I have heard from Fernanda she is ok...but she is on treatment so she is very tired and finding it harder to write in a different language from her own because it takes her longer to write it but will keep us informed.

Dear Ladies, thanks a lot for your nice words. I feel embraced for your lovely messages.

I'm ok. Back to chemo, and one side effect is my mind is getting slower. After chemo I forget the words and have difficulty to remember the things. So, write in English becomes a chalenge. I have to rewrite the texts many times. Google translator helps a lot, but I feel disappointed when I can't write down all my feelings because my brain is sooo slow...

I have felt this side effect with my last chemo, but this time is a little bit worse. Sometimes I'm talking to my husband and I just stop in the middle of the phrase, because I can't remember the word. We laugh a lot with this situation, it's so strange - the idea was there and suddenly it disappears! I say I have a bird´s mind now.

I'm sorry if I let you worried with my lack of notices. I miss all the ladies in the blog, it´s so good to have people that can understand us - but now I really need google translator to comprehend your messages.

I will get in touch more often.

You are not alone with the sudden memory loss. I think chemo effects many of us like that. I find mine is worse if tired or stressed.sorry that you have been feeling so unwell with the chemo.
