Does anyone know an oncoloist who gives legal/medical opinions. Needs to have expertise in clear cell.
Am sure in theory any doctor could present expert testimony for legal action - in practice finding one specifically for legal experience/willingness to get involved may need to start with the expert witness route. Check with your legal representative as to how they would go about it but there are several places which specialise in this - check out expertwitness.co.uk/ which has a directory, similarly legalhub.co.uk and expertsearch.co.uk
The challenge will be finding the right experience. I suspect finding the doctor first (maybe through second opinion search) might be the better route if seeking v specific knowledge. Hope that is useful.

You need to get a solicitor first of all to instruct an expert witness. There are several very good ones. I am also taking legal action. PM me for more details. I suspect the problem you will face is that clear cell OC is such a rare cancer it might be difficult to establish what's called causation. It would be a good idea to contact Avma avma.org.uk/ on Monday.
Have an excellent lawfirm taking on my case but they are having some difficulty finding an oncologist with the right background.
