During the trials for Forteo what percentage of the patients developed bone cancer and what type of bone cancer did they develop?

In clinical trials for teriparatide, there were some reports of osteosarcoma in rats. During the clinical trials involving humans, there were no reports of osteosarcoma associated with teriparatide use. Therefore, the percentage of patients developing bone cancer during Forteo trials is effectively zero.

I am close to year 1 on the drug. The black label US FDA warning was removed related to bone cancer. Some patients extend beyond 2 years now.
