I have ra and am taking rinvoq. only recently started having some ear problems fluid on ears and a full feeling causing me to have trouble sleeping. I haven't had any signs of cold or allergies either. the doctor said to use Zyrtec which did not help and I was wondering if anyone has had any ear issues on rinvoq . Thanks

Hi, I'm not on rinvoq but can relate to you with the ear issues. I often have a full feeling in my head and feels worse when sleeping (a bit like a sandtimer moving from side to side depending on how I sleep) and generally feels less bad in the day. Like you no obvious allergies etc. I take sulfasalazine and think that can cause tinnitus etc however my issue predates that so not sure what it is! I tried a nasal spray and Sterimar on advice from GP but don't think that made a huge difference. So sorry, I can't shed any light however wanted to sympathise. I wonder if it stems from RA somehow it simply coincidental. Let me know if you get any joy/find anything that helps!
