Hot stinging feeling in leg calves and thighs into groin

I have had this problem for at least 6 weeks - hot stinging feeling in lower and upper leg- the nearest I can compare it to is the feeling after a nettle sting without the white bumps. Been to GP and have tried antihistamine tablets for a week but no improvement. Has anyone else experienced this? My medication has been the same for a number of years. Any advice welcome / hoping it’s not another RA issue joining the party😁

I don't know if this will help you, but put a bar of soap in you your bed beneath your bottom sheet. I know it helps with restless legs i wonder if it could be of help to you as well.xxxx

Yes, me too, but only on the outside of my left leg - nothing on my right leg, and only for the last six months. I'm still hoping it just might wear off and disappear.
