Have you seen your GP about this Pinky ? We aren’t medically trained so can’t diagnose, your GP is the best person to ask. I hope you get sorted soon 😊
I had a similar pain before & after my knee replacement, no idea why but think it’s because I walk about 2hours each day? I was told pre-op to carry in walking as much as possible because it would help support the knee, which it did! But do talk to your doctor.
I would go to GP. I had similar in my left knee. Was sent to orthopedics then had a mri. I had numerous pieces of cartridge that had broken off and could no longer straighten my leg. He did an arthroscopy. I was told the arthritis was so bad and extensive I would need a total knee replacement. So please don't suffer get help.
Thank you for your advice. How are you doing now?
Still in lots of pain. My joint space in my knee is narrowing again and I have boney spurs growing in the knee. Hope your doing better. X
I feel sorry for you. I suffered with arthritis years ago and other debilitating ailments. Some of my family had similar problems, autoimmune disorders, RA etc. You CAN get rid of it.
My cure was getting a private iG blood test to see what foods I was intolerant to. I started to get better quickly and now at 74 have no joint pain and on no drugs. You will find it hard to believe what was causing the problems, milk protein intolerance and wheat to a lesser extent.
The NHS do not believe in this test, which would save them millions.
But remember you are what you eat.
So you had osteoarthritis Chelonia and cured it with diet?
Yes! But you have to get your blood tested. Although cutting out all dairy and gluten certainly has kept me healthy for 20 years. I want to help people as its so simple and I hate to see people suffering like my poor Father with RA. Even my teeth got better!
Don't think, do it! I was so pleased to get rid of my ailments. Read the York Test reviews from people.
Now vegans are on the rise its much easier to find dairy free foods than 20 years ago. Last night I had a vegan Magnum, first Magnum for 20+ years!! It was the best thing!
Good luck and good health.
Thank you for answering. Very helpful
You could try pycnogenol - seems to help me at 80 mg a day.
