Lyme’s disease and RA

I have a question for everyone. Has anyone ever gotten Lyme’s disease after you’ve been diagnosed with RA? If so did it make your RA pain worse following treatment? I found a tick about 4 weeks ago and had slight aches and pains then I found another tick last week now my joints hurt bad and I feel flu-ish. Any input is appreciated.

I would go to the doctor asap lymes disease is hard to diagnose when you have a inflammatory condition . Ask for a blood test as untreated can cause major problems . Put your mind at rest 🤗

Did you get the round rash? If so you should really be on antibiotics.

I got a nasty tick bite just before I was diagnosed. I got put on a couple of weeks antibiotic. I had the classic bulls eye rash.

Go to your doc and they will do a blood test

I went to the doctor today. She gave me 28 days of antibiotics. I feel like a used dish rag. This is horrible.
