It could. It could be that you have an excessive amount of protein in your urine (albumin). If it continues for a few days, take note of the other symptoms you are experiencing and see your doctor.
There is whole variety of things that can cause foamy urine, I know mine is related to my PKD, however you should really check with your healthcare provider.
