Biotin plus keratin

I've seen where people have said if you are older it's not unheard of to be dizzy from biotin but I just bought the 5,000 mcg biotin plus keratin and wasn't sure until I read these what could have caused my dizziness but I'm only 35 and took one of these last night and once I woke and stood I barely made it down the hallway and it has not got much better over these last few hours.. wish I knew more on why this is being I really need something that will help my hair growth but I won't make it on these feeling this way.. any suggestions?

I'm sorry that this is happening to you, but I never had that happen to me I have been on biotin for a long time now. I'm sorry I can't help you. Did you contact your dr.?

Not yet but have a upcoming appointment in the morning but my experience with doctors and these kinds of things is them saying something like oh that's weird who knows could be a lot of things and move on and do nothing to give me answers lol but we shall see tomorrow

Lifeasamom sorry that this happened to you. Maybe you have to start at a smaller dose if that's possible? Like someone else suggested, contact your dr if you haven't already. Keep us updated when you can.

I've heard ladies at the hairdresser talking about Nutrofol in a positive way, but I've never tried it myself. You could always see a dermatologist to see if there are any scientifically proven treatments. I wish you luck!
