Miss my Mandi. She was like a child to me. This photo was our last beach vacation together. Remember I couldn’t be exposed to sun, and had starting using a cane, but she still had to be by my side. Raised her from 3 months old and lost her the same year my MS flared badly and Started destroying my communication center. Lost my fluent communication with Mandi and myself and others in one Swooping move. Tried another dog for 6 months but she was more disabled than me. Anyone want to ship me a loving, very well trained, large communication skills, loves to be a lap dog for hours, less than 17 lbs, med to long hair, good health, no vet bills. Yes, praying for a miracle / and my husband would accept her , and my health would improve so I could get out of bed in am to take her outside. Guess you can’t shipp dogs during Covid season. Just dreaming anyway!!! My husband says I’m not able to take care of a dog. And rescue homes want $200 for one, so many new cross mbreeds like a - hubby days no way. I’m talking on here because no one else to talk to I realize. And my brain is scrambled. No sleep last night. Been looking at shelter dogs. Want to ask Santa for a Shihpoo - cutest dog I’ve ever seen and blessed with not shedding like poodles

A small bichon would really suit you. Get a runt of the litter, they don’t shed, and loved to be cuddled. Only thing is you have to keep them groomed as they mat. I empathise with you, as once a dog lover always a dog lover. When Razor goes I am not replacing as it hurts too much now that the ms has attacked my emotions. Take care my friend. 🤗 🙏 💐 🍫 🎶
That’s what I like about the poodle mix - not much grooming. I brushed Mandi but she never matted. Maybe I’m dreaming. My wise daughter says it’s too much for me since some days I stay in bed for 16 hours, cat napping, trying to sleep 8 hours in total. Just get tired of giving up things. Get the feeling from God I am definitely being stubborn and demanding my will. “I surrender all” is definitely not my song right now🤪🤪

Get on “Small Paws Rescue” I have adopted four different Bichon Fries over the years thru them and all have been great furbabies. We had one flown from Chicago to Idaho. Might be a good place to start. My Bichon’s have only needed ears and tails brushed, don’t shed but need groomed every two months. Sniper is the newest one, he is 5 years old now. Was 8 months when rescued 👍🙏😉 Ken 🐾🐾
Didn’t that cost a lot? Most around here are asking for $200 and that’s beyond my budget. My hubby says it’s gotta be free
The one from Chicago to Idaho was $180 for air fare, shots, and shipping kennel. The other four were just shots and license $50. Total. Humane society will work with you and watch for the right furbabie for you. Call and talk to them👍🙏😉

Turtlepie offered and I can only do cotton, so I picked out my ocean colors and bought bamboo cotton and she is making me a cuddle blanket!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awww! I hope you manage to get another dog that will suit! I have 2 out of 3 dogs that are nearing the end of their days now and I am not looking foward to losing them. That's a lovely photo to remember her by. 🥰
