Finally got to the hospital this morning to discuss light therapy treatment. Start the actual sessions on Friday - two a week for 4 weeks. Just hope it helps. Feeling a bit anxious of the process - have to completely strip off apparently! - but I assume it's all sensitively done. Will let you know how it goes!

Really nothing to worry about. I had it done years ago. In my case, I was asked to remove my pants once the cubicle door had been closed. I kept my bra on because the skin was clear. All the best for a clearer skin -- annie80

yes nothing to worry about i finished my treament just before xmas,i had 30 sessions 3 a wk they build up ya time each session.To be truthful its long procedure,but as soon as i finished my treatment,i flared up so it was waste of time for me,but everyone is different,they told me to exspect 12 to 24 months free of psoriasis.good luck let me know how you get on.
