Red mark on breast

HI all,

I'm 31 yo female. I breastfeed my 18 month old. About a month ago, I noticed a red patch on my breast. It wasn't itching or bothering me at all, I just noticed it while breastfeeding. it's been about a month and the mark has definitely gotten smaller, but no amount of hydrocortisone, antifungal or baby cream has rid of it completely and im starting to worry. Does anybody have any ideas what this cred mark could be? It isn't raised and branches when I press on it. It's about the size of a penny.

I think any changes to breast surface or nipple are worth getting checked out, and any responsible healthcare professional will think so as well.
