Do these freckles look safe?

Hi there, I’ve had these freckles on my arm for a while which are about 3 or 4 times the size of my normal freckles, they’re barely raised and don’t sting or bleed or ooze or anything like that and I don’t think they’ve grown and I’ve sent photos to my doctor and they weren’t too concerned and just told me to keep an eye on them, but if u look closely on my arm there are now lots of those tiny red dots on there almost like paint splats, are these normal or should I get them checked out? They’re only on my upper arms nowhere else on my body x

I would go to the doctor just to be sure. They look fine, but best to be sure.

Seek advice from Dermatologist -get GP to refer.Hope it isn't anything too bad.

Dear Mlew22,

I don't know, especially from this photo, if this a Couse For Concern, but I would 'Ask For An Appointment' as soon as possible- you CAN get Dermatology Checks, if you ask, I have one myself. Hope All Is Well, best wishes from us all
