Neurogenic rosacea

I have been getting facial redness and burning on my cheeks the same time every day, I've had laser in the past and am taking propranolol for the flush, it's dry, I don't sweat, really frustrating and it burns so bad, my last resort is ets surgery, has anyone found a solution to flushing?

Thankyou

Have you ever had magnesium this is good for anxiety you could try that However my best recomendation is a rich nourishing cream by Lancome called Nutrix you can buy it at a Lancome counter or online it isnt cheap but it is worth every penny when I developed v bad eczema a couple of years ago my face wasnt affected because of using Nutrix by Lancome for over 20 years it was used to treat burn.victims in France its amazing its the best thing you could do for your face apply it every evening after cleansing , I cleanse with Loreals cleansing lotion that you can buy in savers or supadrug its very rich and comforting I remove it with tissue then rinse with warm water before applying Nutrix

You could also take codliver oil for your skin and anxiety

Doxycycline worked for me. I had to take it for several months.

I think my redness is more vascular than inflammation, I've tried antibiotics in the past with no success, I'm seeing a vascular surgeon on the 13th so hopefully they can help, thankyou for your reply
