I started having these rashes like 6 days ago, they are bumps like mosquito bit with a tiny black dot in...i don't know what it is and it is spreading quickly although it doesn't itch nor hurt in any way,it hòwever spoiling my skin

Think your best bet is to take a good photo and e-mail it to your GP surgery, and then hopefully they will phone you and get you to come in and see it properly.
