Anybody seen one of these?

Just curious. Has anyone seen one of these before? A small pale looking mole has appeared next to an exisiting mole. You can feel it when you rub your finger over it. Was a bit itchy at the start but not itchy anymore. A bit hard to show on the attached picture. Its on my chest.

I would contact your GP and send that photo, it's clear enough to see what you are describing, and any development from an existing mole is worth getting checked out.
