Hives- controlled but warm skin and sweating

Hi, everyone. I am new to this group. In early November I developed hives for the first time in my life. While we don’t know what caused them, it might be my thyroid disorder (Hashimoto’s- autoimmune). I have been taking antihistamines and they are controlling them very well but, I assume I still have them and they will reappear if I don’t continue taking my medicine. What is strange is that all of a sudden I have been experienced warm skin (but no fever, maybe a very slight elevation above my normal temp). I also am more sweaty under my arms. I have been freaking out about it, but my doctor isn’t. She thinks it’s anxiety or possibly my thyroid. Bloodwork is normal. But I read an article saying histamine release can make you feel hot and that even while taking an antihistamine, it won’t suppress all the histamines from being released. So just wondering if anyone else has felt warm and sweaty with no fever when taking medication for hives that are likely my still active.

Thank you!
