Okay so for 7 months i have suffered with issues with my foreskin. My GP is a bit at a loss and i am awaiting to have an appointment at dermatology. Since being on a steroid cream my skin has gone scabby and a lil tight. You can see from the pic that my skin started to go white which i thought was dead skin from the dryness. My GP swapped my steroid and i started bathing in Oilatum that seemed to actually help, the skin just looked very soft and started to peel off.
Can anybody give me ant advice on what it maybe and if keeping it moist is a good thing?

The skin peeling off thing, I think, is to let new skin form properly underneath it. I have a similar problem on right thumb and wrist. The key is to apply some neutral emollient to stop the skin from drying out.
