I get these sensations in the same place on my back at least once a day. A crawling sensation, like my skin is being pulled from the inside and outside, my skin feels like it’s moving but I don’t think it is and it hurts and hurts touching it. I don’t know if it’s related to the mole I’ve got in the same area. The mole and surrounding area itches.

I would get anything possibly related to a mole and pain checked out by your GP just to be sure.
Might be worth getting your doctor or nurse to have a look to put your mind at rest.
