Hi, K_kk, I think that is a small blood blister, I have had the same, Don't really know mind you but am guessing, Google it see what comes back. Hope this helps.
Have you been to the doctor.....I'd get it checked out ??? Could be cancer.
I would get it checked out with your G.P. it could be cancerous.
