hi. I was just hoping to get a little bit of advice. I have a sore, red itchy patch of skin on my face that I just cant seem to get rid of. I have changed all of my skin care to eucerin in the hope it would help. But alas, it hasn't. The patch is either slightly pink and flaky, or raised, red and itchy. I have another patch on the left of my forehead, but this patch is less troublesome. Generally, my facial skin is Dry and sensitive. Its just really starting to get me down
any advice welcome. Thanks!
I've added a pic. But it don't really do the symptom's justice.

I have a patch on my leg that behaves the same way as you describe (diagnosed as eczema) - my GP said to keep it very well moisturised with an aqueous cream.
I would definitely go to have it checked out by a doctor or nurse and get the specific treatment that you need. Best of wishes!
Looks and sounds like a wee eczema patch. I use 1% hydrocortisone (sold in Boots and other pharamcies) very sparingly after applying moisturiser on my facial patches.
