i have linchen plantus on my valva i cant wear knickers or trousers as makes it worse before i was told i had this i use to wear pads for weak bladder now i cant wear them has anyone had this problem that could help

you can get silk medical pants, they are expensive but you can get them on prescription. They are called DermaSilk. My consultant got them for me I have Lichen Sclerosis.

do they help i am having trouble getting them off the doctor so need to buy them are they worth the money thanks

do you see a dermatologist/gynaecologist ? It was my gynaecologist who prescribed them. I find they make the skin feel more comfortable.
