Fibro and massage therapy

just wondering if anyone else feels worse after a therapeutic massage?

Hi, I do feel sore for a couple of days after a massage, if that's what you mean. I have deep tissue ones though. It helps my shoulders "unstick" though, so it feels better after the initial soreness.

I have to be careful with deep tissue as it can bring on a Fibro Flare. Thanks for sharing with me.
