Blowing everything out of proportion.

I was 44 years old when I was finally told I had scoliosis. It runs in the family.. I was always told by my Dr it was my fault, as my posture was not good. I also have fibromyalgia and that to him was all in the mind. Now a new home and Dr. And I have MPN ET . And am on hydroxy carbamide. Said before my left knee is swollen and my neck hurts . I'm not sure if the hospital knows I have scoliosis or not. As I was on alendrolic acid and my dentist didn't know. Until he saw my gum had disappeared. No one seems to know about the other. My bones are so cold and painful I just don't seem to know what to do. The dexta scan again had no results that was taken in November. Is it just me thinking I should have some results by now. Or am I just thinking about myself.

I would chase the results with the consultant that ordered them urgently!

I got my dexa scan results within 24 hours. There is no reason you should not already have them. Assertive patients receive higher quality care. Passive patients do not. We must be out own best advocates. Sounds like it is time to advocate.
