How do I get. Care Plan that actively involves my GP, and all specialists involved in my care? That is both mental and physical ailments.

Not sure i understand the question unfortunantly. My experience so far has been that the GP will deal with the meds and the mental health workers will deal with the phycological issues. MHW send letters to my GP but not the other way around. There isnt an organisation as such connecting them, i think you are the connection pretty much. But maybe thats just my experience in my area x

The problem is that most doctors treat the mind and body seperately as though it were not connected. The only way to retain good health is treat the patient as a whole. Have you thought of seeing a homeopathic doctor. They have some amazing remedies which act to treat the whole person taking all your mental and physical symptoms into account.
