Haven't posted for a while

Heya,I've recently been suff with anxiety again. I panic and try to get my breathing under control. Try all the things I have learnt. Hence posting on here.

My question is does anyone suffer with itching with anxiety and if so how did you get it under control? As I've got an itch. But my partner thinks it's aniexy and the doctor can't find anything. Is it all in my head?
