Antidepressants - Lofepramine - brain fog and blurred vision

After 9 years on Escitalopram 20mg, I didn’t feel it was working so my GP changed me over to Lofepramine.

I’d been on this medication for 6+ months, but only taking 70mg a day.

I missed a couple of doses and decided to quit them altogether as I figured I wasn’t even taking the minimum amount, therefore it probably wasn’t working and I didn’t need them anymore.

2 and a half weeks later I got the worst panic attacks and intrusive thoughts that I’d had in years. I’ve started taking Lofepramine again and cause my withdrawal was so bad after 5 days on 70mg, she told me to to straight up to 140mg to try to stop the intrusive thoughts.

Its been 10 days since I started taking them again and I have really dry mouth, blurred vision, can’t concentrate, brain fog and dazed. Will this settle soon? How long does it normally last?
