Hello i am new here. I am at the moment on sertreline meds and dont go out much so in search for like minded people. I have had several episodes of depression and now anxiety. been taking medication for a year and half and seem a bit stuck in this situation. so for now have a good day.😁

Sorry to hear your not good people that have not experienced depression and anxiety have not got a clue what your going through including the GPS and health workers.How does your days map out it’s interesting to see how people cope
