hello I’ve been on mitazipine for about 5 years now and gained soooo much weight really want to get off it before I get even bigger im on 45 and getting put down to 30 to come off slow was wondering if the anyone lost the weight they gained after reducing the dose .thanks

It will take you time before you will notice a difference after such a long time been on this medication. You will need to follow a possible course your Doctor can arrange, also the diet may need you to change your diet.Swimming does help if you can get to the baths
