Had anexitey most of my life but some really bad happen now waiting on seen mentel heath team for PMDS or ready on tables for anexitey look for people in my age group 37 to tak to I feel so num and confused thanks for taken your time to read this

I live with anxiety all my life and lean to manage it but this put me right back I just hate feeling like this I know going take time and it not always be like this but iam so low to point I don't what to be here but I will never do that mood just all over don't get my first appointment with taking changes for assessment till Saturday
