Hi I recently discovered two things. Magnesium got I ate 600mg daily for anxiety. Also magnesium the donate 450mg and taurine 500mg , daily for depression. These are minerals and amino acids that you can get online where supplements are sold. They are not expensive. And they are calming and relaxing me. Also Google the Iceman, Win Not who has a method of breathing, cold showers, meditation and mindfulness. He's inspiring. I'm doing his free Mini-course. Go to Wimhofmethod.com and be transformed. Good luck and my prayers for you

Hi,

Strong emotions rising to the surface from deep within us can often feel like we are crumbling and falling apart, but please be assured that we are more than our emotions. Often, feelings that we've been holding in and keeping pushed down have a way of breaking through and need to be expressed in an appropriate way.

Have you someone you can trust to talk to about how you're feeling? Even writing down your feelings is a helpful way of giving vent to them. Remember, treating the symptoms of anxiety is one thing but identifying and dealing with the root cause is quite another.

Hi I love me 2

I'm sorry u feel this way.

I do not completely understand how u feel but I can relate.

I'm so glad you spoke about it on here.

These times you really need to lean in, stay very close to people who truly care and love you.

And, can you please go speak to your GP about this as they are trained to help get folk outta this dark hole.

Sending u hugs.

Hope you find the peace and calmness your looking for.

Welcome how can we help
