We sometimes have a snooze after lunch or dinner, however I am a Pensioner at seventy years old. You need to ask yourself how old are you and why you need to sleep the way you do, not sleeping well at night. Talk to your Doctor although it may be your stressed or the medications you take are causing your problem.

We sleep well at night.

I’ve have been trouble sleeping lately.

I sleep 6 am to 2 pm.

I’ve always been like this since I was a kid.

I know I can fix my sleeping schedule but I’m too busy playing video games at night

Hello friend, I too have problems with sleeping too much. I could sleep 8+ hours at night and then within 2 hours of waking up again feel drowsy. This has been the case for a couple of years now. In your case it could be that your daytime sleep is ruining your sleep at night. During the daytime you can try taking coffee to stay awake. If you have time during the day, you can do some physical exercises so that you will feel sleepy at night. Hope this helps.
