Hey everyone. I have been diagnosed with mood swings and been struggling with it for awhile. I am praying da new meds they got me on now works.

I wish you the best and understand mood swings from ptsd feelings. It can be exhausting to feel so much ups and downs. Give your new meds a bit of time and keep your chin up☀️

Give your medications at least five weeks to work. Be patient. remember it will take longer if you keep changing medications and you may also skip over the drug that was working well. Personally I have quite a tranche of drugs I need to take, many for quite a long time. I rarely swap over drugs for new ones and that decision was the best decision. Now my side affects are minimal even with opiates and AD drugs etc.
