Do you have to take something for it - drugs, medicine or surgery?

22 tablets a day , inject insulin 4 times a day and 60ml grams of morphine a day .

I hope you will be able to cope and have general health wellbeing - being able to carry on with maybe parttime job or course or interest

No mate I’m 37 not 77 lol what I need is blister packs I take that many pills and injections each day I get mixed up sometimes if in blister pack I will be fine

Going do more of my favourite hobby , fishing mate as it’s also relaxing

Yes, do something you enjoy - will get you back and rearing for life and you will slowly cope better with other things - positive frame of mind
