Face masks/coverings

Anyone experiencing a buikd up of mucus in their throat accompanied with a sore throat from wearing a face mask?

Or is it just me?

I have problems with My Breathing, and have problems I feel caused by the excel of Carbon used oxygen in my breath, I get hot and sometimes need to slip the mask down from my nose for a very short period of time. I feel the problem is in my case is age and the mask restricts breathing.

We were out today picking up our laptops and we had to wait for a time for the engineer to explain the upgrades so I had to sit down to rest because of the mask. Eventually I needed to go outside and take the mask off in the car.

If you can control your surroundings and not affecting anyone take the mask of, although remember if in shops etc they have to be worn. If you are having problems with congestion give the GP surgery a call and they may be able to advise
