I think I have depression, trying to disguise it and deny but I am suffering from my parents death and now I have to get over my dogs death have been told that talking is a good thing for me

I to have lost both parents.

Please try and access bereavement councelling.this will help you to gather an understanding why you feel the way you do.

This is a good play also to start while accessing the appropriate services.

You may need to talk out your Grief and move on, make a list of your, fears worry and also your Losses. Write it out and make an appointment with your Doctor, and explain why you are there. and explain the contents of your list you will remember what needs saying and the need to come to terms with your losses etc
