Mentally numb with everything going on

With everything going on in the world and especially America right now. I feel mentally numb from it all. I feel shut down.... This is all too much, my head feels so overwhelmed.

I know Lindsey it is too much to take in and overwhelming with the isolation and virus and what we see happening around us, the numbness I can relate too and feel for you keep on the site keep talking we are here and many people will do their best to help and support we all need someone x

I it sad Lindsey what is going on on the other side of the pond. The problem is there is nothing we can do, it seems like the violence and destruction is over, the demonstration is still happening and the Police are throwing smoke bombs still..

Hopefully it will not spread out of London and all will calm down.. We have enough worries in our own country without the concerns of other Nations. You can of course be concerned although remember what the situation is on your home ground. We are all heading into an uncertain time when eventually the virus moves on and we see what damage has been caused on our streets and services

Hello pleased to meet you . This situation in America is not only troubling but morally wrong. Understand feel for every one who is of a group of society being vulnerable no matter what they ever look like or size or shape, disability colour and creed, religion.

I have myself been targeted vulnerable part of me by former friends who involved them selves in creating problems.

Called Mate crime and also had been subjected to torment words language by members of society.

Who you never think cause you harm, in the UK feel unsafe all the time, never go out.

Only time for appointments but make sure safety secure and have numbers on speed dial.

Have Police Hate crime units and it does happen.

What upsets me is the dumbing down the hurt harm of peoples of all over the world and mistreatment insults despite living together.

I never understand why and where this comes from, is more education needed.

My heart and prayers to every one in a vulnerable group my respect to them all.

My heroes and heroines are from music the black super stars that give so much to inspire give me a life wish I had their talents and abilities to make me feel good as I cope.

Unfortunately not every one thinks like me.
