I've been sleeping so much lately, I wake up and I'm only awake for about 10 hours and then I'm going to sleep the rest of the time. sometimes it's broken sleep other times I'll sleep through the night and day. Ill wake up tired and it will feel like I haven't slept at all. Does anyone else sleep this much or is it just me

Sleeping
Lucky you mate I don’t sleep for days it’s horrible does sound like your over sleeping though hence the way you feel
Eat properly, exercise enough and brain use and you should get the balance, right. Sometimes, eating too less - keeps you awake. Is all I can advise, sometimes depression can make you sleep, more. The thing is to keep yourself happy, comedy, good music and good movie will help, sometimes.
Yes yes and yes!!!!! I am always pretty “low key” for a gentle way of putting it.. but when I am in my more severe or worse depressed states, which is about 1/3 or more of any given month, I can sleep for days on end. It is painful to be awake all in all. It is kind of my escapism or something I guess. It frustrates the hell out of me but after years of being like this, I’m just happy when it stays to less than half of my life. Ughhhhhh
I used to oversleep badly. Then feel I wasn't waking up properly and just want to go back to sleep.
Oversleeping is associated with so-called "atypical depression", but there might be other causes for it as well.
In my case, luckily, levels of fatigue went down. But I'm still oversleeping right now because of mirtazapine.
