I have not tried any herbal medications etc myself, however I would be interested if anyone has tried these treatments

I am just getting over the fear of withdrawal of Citalopram from my script. My mental Health concerns a a life long problem now and the saying ----If it is not broken do not fix it ___ Comes to Mind.

Natural medicine like traditional meds does not work for everyone. I've tried some with limited success but I think it's benefits are long term which can become pricey.

Dont look for a quick fix. Make it part of your everyday routine for overall health and not just to fix a sympton.
