It is amazing how much our bodies are affected by anxiety, stress and depression.
I suffered from adult acne when I was in my 30s and it is terrible to go through. All I can suggest is checking out your diet, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated. Check and see what you are eating and try and reduce the amount of refinded sugars, ready meals and processed foods. I liked to use a facial wash that contained tea tree oil and changed my pillow case more regularly so that if I did over sweat during the night because of bad dreams then I wasn't lying on a sweaty pillow case every night.
If you still have issues go and see your doctor for advise. I was given a steroid cream when I was in my 30s to help clear up the worst of my acne.
Take care.
