Hello everyone! I have a cell phone that my father paid for. I tried to drop out of his contract, but he wouldn't let me so i went ahead and bought a whole new one. I'm on my own plan now so i will drop off my old phone with my Dad tomorrow.

How does it feel to have that extra level of independence away from him? One less way he can try and control you.

I love it :) i love buying stuff with my own hard earned money. Its so good to know that my stuff is mine and nobody can take it from me.

Good for you!! It's so important to get out from under these controlling types to reforge your life and identity. I wish you all the best :)
